Fusion Entry Seals
UPP® Electrofusion Entry Seals are welded directly to the polyethylene chamber or sump wall, creating a completely sealed connection with no leaks. Their design reduces the number of fittings required to seal the underground tank sump with the main pipe (primary or secondary containment) or electrical conduit/duct. Once installed, these seals become an integral part of the sump structure, resulting in a 100% watertight system. Made from polyethylene, these seals allow for direct electrofusion with the UPP® piping system, eliminating the need for mechanical boots, thus creating a homogeneous structure between the sump, boots, and pipe.
